Cutimed^® Gel

With its highly moisturising effect, Cutimed® Gel supports autolytic debridement as a gentle way to dissolve necrotic or sloughy tissue or to prepare wounds for surgical debridement. Used on dry wounds, this clear hydrogel also sustains a physiological wound environment in the later wound stages. Cutimed® Gel reduces the allergy risk as the formula is free of preservatives.

Cutimed^® Sorbact^®

Effective in the cleansing of unclean, colonised and infected wounds, Cutimed^® Sorbact^® is a unique antimicrobial concept that works without a chemically active agent. Instead it irreversibly binds and inactivates wound pathogens. Consequently, Cutimed^® Sorbact^® avoids the side effects such as bacterial resistance, cytotoxic effects or allergies that might be linked to using common antimicrobials, and creates optimum conditions for the natural wound healing process.

Cutisoft^®

Cutisoft^® is a range of high quality compresses, swabs and abdominal towels used for general wound care and surgery. The comprehensive portfolio of Cutisoft^® products provides specific solutions for swabbing, cleansing and covering wounds, as well as X-ray detectable products for surgical procedures. The range is divided into Cutisoft^® non-woven swabs and Cutisoft^® cotton gauze products.

Elastomull^® haft

Elastomull^® haft is a cohesive bandage ideally suited for the fixation of wound dressings on all parts of the body, especially on joints. The crepe-like weave structure of the soft and richly textured material enhances the cohesive effect. The high cotton content of the bandage makes it well tolerated by the skin and pleasant to wear.

Fixomull^® stretch

A self-adhesive, stretchable non-woven fabric used for dressing retention. Fixomull^® stretch protects the entire wound pad from all four sides thus reducing the risk of contamination. The material is permeable to air and water vapour, allowing the skin to breathe. Fixomull^® stretch adapts well to body contours allowing freedom of movement, and it is also well suited for the secure fixation of devices.

Glovex^®

Glovex^® represents a range of non-sterile and sterile examination gloves. The vinyl gloves are powder-free, textured for safe handling of instruments and sterile for sufficient protection for standard hygiene procedures.

Leukomed^®

Its combination of versatile features makes Leukomed^® the number one choice in post-op dressings and sterile films. Gentle and highly absorbent, Leukomed^® dressings are exceptionally comfortable. The non-woven post-op dressing is particularly soft, and its rounded edges prevent the dressings from peeling. Leukomed^® T and T plus are bacteria-proof and allow the patient to shower while the film is still breathable. The Leukomed^® brand also comprises non-woven and film I.V. dressings.

Leukoplast^®

Leukoplast^® was the first surgical tape to combine the advantages of natural rubber with the irritation-relieving, anti-inflammatory action of zinc oxide. It was a revolutionary development at that time and laid the foundation for an extensive range of surgical tapes. The classical Leukoplast^® has a water-repellent surface, which is permeable to air and water vapour. Due to its high initial and permanent adhesive properties it ensures strong and reliable fixation.
