    Legal Affairs Clerk (Rechtsreferendar) (m/w)

    Responsibilities:

    • Drafting and Reviewing contracts in German and English language
    • Developing global policies
    • Conducting legal research in multiple jurisdictions and drafting legal opinions
    • Preparing training materials
    • Conducting legal risk analysis
    • Contributing to the internal legal communication and training platform
    • Supporting and advising foreign subsidiaries
    • Managing other specialist projects in one of the core legal areas (Corporate & Commercial, Labour, Legal)

    Requirements:

    • Maturity, judgement and top-rate communication skills
    • Motivation, ambition and discipline
    • Ability to work with and in multiple cultures
    • Excellent analytical and research abilities
    • Fluent English and very good German
    • Comfortable working in a recently founded department

    Produkt Manager national Orthopädie (m/w) Elternzeitvertretung, befristet auf max 18 Monate

    Aufgaben:

    • Betreuung mehrerer Produktgruppen, mit Schwerpunkt Orthopädie
    • Erarbeitung und Durchsetzung von kurz- und mittelfristigen Marketingplänen
    • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Marketingkonzepten
    • Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalyse
    • Erstellung, Verwaltung und Kontrolle des betreuten Marketing-Etats
    • Kooperation mit dem Vertriebsmarketing bei der Erarbeitung von produktorientierten Vermarktungskonzepten
    • Mitwirkung und Zusammenarbeit mit dem internationalen Marketing bei Produkt- und Konzeptentwicklungen
    • Erarbeitung von Schulungskonzepten und deren Implementierung
    • Steuerung von Agenturen, die im Zusammenhang mit der Produktvermarktung eingesetzt werden (Werbung, Events, PR u.ä.)

    Anforderungen:

    • Abgeschlossenes Hochschul-/Fachhochschulstudium mit Schwerpunkt Marketing/Vertrieb oder vergleichbar
    • Mind. 3-jährige Berufserfahrung im Produktmarketing oder einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit
    • Gerne Vertriebserfahrung sowie Kenntnisse des Distributionskanals Sanitätsfachhandel
    • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
    • Sicherer Umgang mit Office-Anwendungen (EDV)

    The BSN Compliance organization is globally responsible for the implementation and continuous improvement of the BSN Compliance system, supporting our worldwide business in the health care area. We support, advise and train in FCPA/UK Bribery Act/other applicable bribery and corruption laws, competition/antitrust law, export control and sanctions, data protection and handling of confidential information. Our approach is to provide tailored, fast and efficient support for all levels of management and employees in a dynamic and diverse business environment in the med tech industry. 

    The Compliance Officer BSN USA is responsible for implementing and driving the BSN Compliance system independently in our US based entity. Furthermore she or he will support the global Compliance organization with overarching topics. The Compliance Officer BSN USA reports to the Global Compliance Officer with a dotted reporting line to the CEO BSN USA. 

    Compliance Officer

    Responsibilities include:

    • Support and advice of all BSN USA employees on all Compliance-related matters
    • Due Diligence, Training and Monitoring of Business Partners in line with FCPA/UKBA requirements
    • Sustainable and proactive implementation of the BSN Code of Conduct and related Compliance policies
    • Tailored in-person Compliance trainings (Management, Sales, Procurement, High Risk Environment, Blue Collars etc.)
    • Support of Global Compliance Officer with evaluation and follow-up of worldwide Risk Analysis
    • Active and creative Compliance communication, such as local Compliance intranet site, messaging by top BSN USA management, local newsletters etc.
    • Conduction of internal investigations
    • Planning, execution and follow-up of Compliance audits
    • Identification and implementation of lessons learned from Compliance incidents
    • Continuous monitoring, reporting and implementation of requirements from relevant local legislation/authorities such as HIPAA, OIG, FCPA

    Experience / Skills:

    • Law Degree from accredited Law School
    • Minimum three years of working experience in an international law firm or international enterprise (branches preferably: medical devices, consumer goods, pharmaceutics) in a Compliance-related practice/function
    • Hands-on with extreme attention to detail and written documentation
    • Ability to do in-depth research and to interpret written guidelines and documents
    • Demonstrated ability to manage senior leadership in dynamic environments
    • Excellent communication, presentation and training skills
    • Excellent intercultural interest and sensitivity
    • Ability and willingness to be part of an international and diverse team
    • Fluent business English, second language is an asset
    • PC skills (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook, MS Project)
